WHO WE ARE
Baldyga Group owns and operates tours and attractions in Guam and Saipan and operates websites where we offer our products and services directly to consumers. We work with a third-party reservation system provider, FareHarbor, which provides hosting and payment processing services for us. We also work with travel agents who manage their own hosting, purchase and payment for our products and services. Baldyga Group does not control these service providers and this Privacy Statement does not address and we do not accept responsibility for the handling of personal information or other.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information such as your first and last name and email address that identifies you personally. We also collect non-personal information that does not personally identify you, such as demographic information.
In order to purchase any of our products or services, you must provide us with certain personal information including your first and last name, email address, credit card details and other information. If you do not provide the required information, we will not be able to process your reservation and purchase cannot be fulfilled.
If you subscribe to any of our email marketing communications, including newsletters, you will be required to disclose personal information such as your first and last name and email address and other information such as your home country.
When visiting Baldyga Group websites or any of our third-party providers or affiliates with pages that are hosted by us, our Web server may automatically collect and store your IP address. To help us to better improve the effectiveness of our websites, and to send meaningful communications to you, we may also keep track of other information such as your website searches.
In some instances, we may also ask for other information such as demographic data, including your gender, age, country of residence, and etc. We also use cookies as discussed below to collect information about our websites.
When you register with Baldyga Group, we will need basic information such as your first and last name and email address. If you connect via Facebook, we may also access and use information that you’ve chosen to make available through your Facebook privacy settings, including, but not limited to, your Facebook email address, Facebook username, friends list, and any other information you have chosen to make available.
We welcome you to contribute to our website by writing reviews and uploading photos. Some of the Personal Information we collect is shared with our service partners (e.g. bus operators) who are directly involved in fulfilling a portion of the purchases you have made from us. We only provide our service providers, if required, with your name and you local contact details, your hotel name for pick-ups and drop-offs, your email address, etc. We do not provide our service providers with any other personal information. If you decide to provide any Personal Information directly to a service provider, we recommend that you review the service provider’s privacy policy to determine how such service provider may use or disclose your Personal Information.
We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of Baldyga Group or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities. Please note that, even if you opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from Baldyga Group, we will continue to send to you emails regarding your purchases and bookings, and regarding administrative information such as changes to our terms, conditions and policies. If you make a booking or purchase at one of our websites, we may also send you information about new products, or ask your opinion about our websites, etc., so that may improve our service to you and other consumers.
OUR TRAVEL AGENT AND SYSTEM PARTNERS
Our products are made available through our third-party distribution partners and suppliers. We also utilize a third party reservations system provider, FareHarbor. Our partners and suppliers may have privacy policies that differ from Baldyga Group’s Privacy Policy. Baldyga Group is not in a position to force adherence, so we will rely on you and our other Customers to inform us if our suppliers or distribution partners are not adequately protecting your privacy. Baldyga Group may then seek to take steps (including severing its relationship with offending partners) to help prevent other occurrences.

We strive to maintain the integrity and security of your Personal Information, by using industry-standard encryption protocols when receiving and transferring your Personal Information.
